can someone plz tell me what Braxto Hicks r and what it does to u

they are just false contractions. gets your body ready for the real thing... nothing to worry like crazy about. but sometimes they hurt and sometimes they are tolerable

oh ok thank u cuz a lot of ppl r talking about it and I didn't know what they were talking about

when do u start to feel them if u know

I have started feeling Braxton hicks. I have to stop and breath through it. I'm 23 weeks

so it can vary on the person then they can start on when I'm 20 weeks
