she had her two week check up today and she made her weight. her birth weight was 8lbs and 15.5oz. today she is 9lbs and 2oz. so glad she made the weight...didn't know what we would have to do is she didnt gain her birth weight back or lost weight. but, she's home fast asleep in her swing. having her long stretch nap.
Baby won't bear weight on leg I have a walking 10 month old and she has been extra fussy yesterday and today. Today I noticed she didn't really want to crawl, she would just cry until I came and picked her up. After I fed her, I tried setting her down to play with her big sister and she just started crying and wouldn't put any weight on her left leg. She will put weight down on her right leg but then just cries until you pick her back up. I thought maybe she just didn't want to be put down (as baby's often do). I tried a few more times over the next 30 minutes and she still won't put any weight on it. I had a meeting (I work from home), so I took her upstairs to my husband. She is now playing with her siblings and happy, but he text me (from upstairs) and says she still won't put weight on it. She is just sitting there playing.
Dad's FB Video!! Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
really upset So I had my weekly appointment with the same batch who made me feel horrible about my weight and said if we're to gain more, I'll have a c-section. Well she didnt bring up weight today. She did the cervix check, was rude the whole time, and made me feel like poo. She said if I couldn't take getting my cervix checked, I'll need an epidural. Well for one, you made me bleed and two, you were really rough. She told me I'd be spotting today. I even said before, I never wanted her again but they scheduled me with her without telling me.
got told today after giving birth to my baby in the pool she will need to have a BCG injection straight away, so much for her being comfy in the pool with mummy, i will cry if it upsets her more 😭😭💖
I have a question for u ladies that already have their newborns.. so my baby loves sleeping during the day and she is only 10 days old she wakes up at night and can't seem to get her down... I need to put her on a schedule does anyone recommend anything? she is also loosing weight I need to get her to gain weight... any suggestions? need help please
