Yes you can make your body think your pregnant and have all the symptoms of being pregnant

ive had SOOOO many pregnancy dreams like at least 2 times a month and even had my fiances son without prompting he drew a pic of me with a baby inside. still sadly ive never been but want to be pregnant desperately :'(
