So i sometimes forget to take mg prenatal at night before i go to sleep , is that ok ?

I was thinking the same I forget all the time lol baby is fine my sis didn't take any her whole pregnancy!

I haven't taken prenatal pills at all

Ok i just wanna make sure cause there has been plenty of night i have forgotten to take them , and it seems like when i dont take them i feel beter the next day

sometimes I forget too my sister inlaw didn't take them with her kids and the kids are fine but the dr recommends them

Ok , and i try to take them cause im not a healthy eater

Don't worry honey, just remember ladies used to grow babies with no prenatals or Meds of any kind.!

Of course ☺️ remember them when you can and don't get down on yourself if you forget every once in a while. Baby will be just fine 💕
