@twinmamma2015, @kaidenwaynesmomma thank u ladies. my husband been living in pa with me since 2014 but went back to Ny June of 2015 and got caught up. but lives in Pa with us. we were just worried that it can be transferred and how long would it take. its a bit stressful since I'm pregnant can't imagine him doing probation in Ny while I'm pregnant with 3 kids
Yes I transferred when I was on years ago so not sure if it still works the same. Only took like a mouth.
the state your moving to has to accept your probation. so you need to maybe call the county your looking at moving to and ask what they need you to do. also as your probation officer. if it's unsupervised you don't need permission
its hard... sometimes the other state doesn't even want to deal with a case from another. i was trying to get mine transferred from NY to PA so they ended up taking me off altogether
