So my man got mad because he asked me if I think he knows how to fight or is even good at it and I truthfully said, no. He got mad and said I took his manhood away from him and I was so wrong... How was I wrong? I told him the truth.

Just ignore him. I know it sounds harsh but if he asks for your opinion and then gets pissed cause its not what he wanted to hear then just let him calm down. He will be okay. In the end he will realize tye truth is more important that his pride.
