Once you switch them to formula they won't go regularly. They can even go up to 4 days. You might see baby in pain when trying to push. I switched my babygirl over because I had medical issues, she used to go after every feed when breastfeeding. On formula the first couple of weeks she went every 4 days, then every other day, now she is 2 months old & goes once a day. Pediatrician recommended tummy massages & bicycle legs 😊
