This may sound disgusting so I am going to apologize in advance. I am 6 weeks and I will be 7 weeks tomorrow I think with twins and I have noticed that when I poop and I wipe I see blood. I wipe my vaginal area also and I see that it is coming from that area. I then don't bleed again until I use the bathroom next. I also had this problem when I wasn't pregnant also. I had my first doctor appointment last Tuesday and everything was ok they just couldn't see the baby because it was behind my ovary but I then went back because of the bleeding scared me that I might have been misscarrying. I went back to the doctor Wednesday last week and they just did ultrasound because my doctor was in surgery. That was when I found out that I was having twins and they were going to be identical. Turns out my baby wasn't hiding behind an ovary but behind its sibling. Everything was great at the ultrasound. She said that I should be fine as long as I am not gushing blood or having blood clots but I worried and not for sure on what to think. I go back to the doctor tomorrow. Has anyone else had this problem? Again I apologize for the gory details.
