I guess it all depends. when I lost mine with my second daughter it was like 5 in the morning and I wasn't having contractions so I went to work and worked for about 5 hours with contractions before my manager told me to go home and get to the hospital. it was funny and my friends and I still laugh till this day about it because I was a hairstylist then and they all were scared and so were my clients that I was going to give birth in the salon.

If it had lots of blood in it yes but if it's just mucous without regular contractions no
