Every time I stop feeding Brady he starts squirming, crying, and rooting. From the way he is squirming around, I feel like hunger isn't his problem.... i feel like it's gas. But he also acts like he's hungry and he stops crying when he is fed. this has been going on for 6 hours non stop :( will a baby with gas pain still act like he is hungry? I don't know what to do. .. I'm exhausted

@mommyofmisters, @lakecturner thanks ladies. we looked up gripe water and got some of that. I think I'm going to try to burp him more often too. it hasn't come up again (yet) but I'm prepared for when it does 😬
My daughter is 7 months and cries when her bottle is empty but I give her a nook and she calms down and falls asleep.
When babies aren't feeling well or are hurting they go for something comfortable or something that feels good ( eating ) even though they don't really want it which leads them to rooting around , only sucking a few times , crying and squirming around . My LO does this and he always has gas ! Little Remedies Gas Drops are my best friend I always have at least 2 bottles :)
yes they will my daughter would do that when she was a few days old.... try rubbing the tummy or bicycling the legs if you have gas drops or gripe water give some of those..... of you don't have any I'd recommend getting the grip water it's more natural and it helps more stuff
