I suggest trimmers like beard trimmers..will help prevent them for the moment till baby here, if u have to shave or wax I suggest a Loofa and a plain body wash and scrub in a circular motion when bathing helps break it up and come out correctly though some still occur due to stubborn hair growth it helps.

@tattoookimama, are you a Cosmo or are you in esthetics? I wanna go get waxed but I'm being lazy. Also I don't have anyone I trust to wax my hoohoo lol

Esti!! I do hair but went to school for skincare n makeup.. there's a few wax salons I like that's one area I cannot wax on my own person lol other people no problem in out done in 20min

i heard shaving against the grain can cause them. and im pretty sure thats how i got mine so i started shaving the way it grows and it seems to help

Lots of things cause ingrown hairs. Underwear can cause them lol. @cutieanimal

yeah. i hate them. i was just stating one of the ways that could help. but not being able to see doesnt make that an easy task anyways.

@cutieanimal I've heard that too, but the closeness of the shave is so tempting lol. I should do that though because I get them anywhere I shave even my legs and underarms 😨

lmao @mrs.japrabbit thats funny:) haha and @crazytoast try shaving in every direction except up and then pull skin all tight and shave again to get as close as possible. i havent gotten any on my legs tho and i always shave up. guess my vagina is more prone to them lmao

The hair follicles are more sensitive down there so they get ingrown hairs easier. @cutieanimal @crazytoast using the body scrub really helps too

@cutieanimal I definitely will try that. Yeah it's way worse on the lady bits haha and after putting the work in to do it in the first place... lmao.

@mrs.japrabbit, what's really crazy is I use shave cream that's supposed to help (got it at the adult store, which is really weird lol) protect against that specifically and I still get them just as bad. I worry about using a scrub though, I can have picky skin out of nowhere 😱

@crazytoast, Oh my gosh. Are you using coochie cream? If so I love that stuff!

@mrs.japrabbit yes! I really like it too, I love how easy it is so shave through and there's not a ton of buildup like with shaving cream.

@crazytoast, I use to work at an adult store lol. And yeah it's amazing. I use the green tea cause my skin is so sensitive
