I get you completely, I live in tucson! haha. so grateful most of this pregnancy has been in the cooler months. and yes! lots of water. dehydration could also cause those symptoms! @blessing718

maybe but since I live in az it kinda sucks because I get dizzy with heat good thing I have water bottles to go

My asthma hasn't flared up since I was a preteen though, lol. I have been severely anemic since my miscarriage a year and a half ago though. It could just be the increased blood volume though! @blessing718

I can't take hot showers at all! I get super light headed, dizzy, and faint and have to sit down. not sure if it's my asthma, my anemia, or something else.
