what is everyone's opinion on buying items for the baby before the first trimester is over?

I bought a bassinet and bouncy and diaper bag and other things at 4 weeks, was so excited!

that's what I've been doing same as @jazmon_blue my daughter had a crib, travel system, pack n play, bottles, clothes etc in the first tri @babyjohnson0916

interesting, I was always told its bad luck.

I bought our crib at 12 weeks. I usually buy one to two of the more expensive items a month (stuff that people at the baby shower pry won't get us). this way we don't end up having a ton of items to buy at like 9 months pregnant.

I say if you want to stock start with diapers and pacifiers and stuff like that @babyjohnson0916
