Ladies I have a question. Been nauseous and had a killer headache all day. Haven't had anything to eat all day. A few mins ago I threw up. My question is can you get pregnant the day after your fertile window?

yes you can but the reason u might be sick is from not eating crazy as it sounds u can get headaches nd throw up cuz of that

agree with the comment above, your hcg level would not be high enough yet to make you sick. I was 6 weeks and had no signs at all of being pregnant, my husband was the one who told me I was.
