Our baby is 17 days old and my SO and I haven't been apart from each other at night since before he was born and tonight is the first night we're spending away from each other because something happened with our car so he has to stay at his mom's so he can get to work tomorrow and I honestly feel like I'm going to crumble. I don't understand. It's like the most sickening feeling and I feel heartbroken. I know it sounds silly but this feeling blows.

I know how you feel. me an my husband used to be together all an day an night working together but now he's gone for a week at a time an then only see him for 2 or 3 days then gone again. it's hard

Ya that is a scary feeling I was a wreck when he left the first time for work an I had her the whole week by myself. but you will do great. you know ur baby best. just try not to worry it will all work out.
