I completely understand but from a different perspective our men deal with a lot... For months they deal with the attitudes, petty fights, and crazy hormonal changes. Plus they have a lot to worry about as well.. I'm not sure how he disrespected you but I'm definitely empathetic towards our men.. It can be hard dealing with a pregnant woman! Hopefully you both can reevaluate the situation after you've had your time alone.

I feel you girl. I can be very supportive and do whatever is asked of me as your woman but to call me out my name or use curse words in a derogatory manner is so unacceptable. They do deal with alot true that but some men get use to us being the care givers and become quite complacent in there roles as men and therefore we become overwhelmed and act out emotionally. If we both can just work together and see that oh yeah she is pregnant let me not go so hard or he is working hard let me not nag so much then relationships will be so much better. Both men and women are entitled to respect and a partner that they can share life's obstacles with. No one is over the other we do it together.
