Fetal Doppler? If so just rub some moisturizer on your tummy n turn that lil thing to the right to the left n the light should turn green.. Then just place it on tummy n you should be able to hear noises / heartbeat I have one that looks like this just different brand

It's very hard to hear try to put it by your pelvic bone that's were I always found mine.. Push on it but just not too hard
