ive been having mood swings really bad and craving things and being so tired and feeling nauseas. i have two kids and i think i might be pregnant. i have been spotting twice in one week but also i have been having bad cramping like period cramps and back pains. i also had my period this month on the 8th can anyone please let me know what does that mean. ive been trying for 2 months with my fiancee.
