I used my hand put some soap on my hand and use it as a towel but I didn't do it hard, and when you go to dry it you can use a hair dryer or pat it dry my sister helped me and that's how they showed me in the hospital, but you should get some one to help you get in and out the shower cause you don't want your stickers to bust

just take a shower like normal and don't freak if your strips start to fall off, if they do don't pull them. they will fall off on their own. well at least mine did. just let the water flow and don't scrub or wipe it, pat dry when you get out! :) I'm 9 months pp and I had a c section too. @vmadrid84 they made me shower in the hospital, but a nurse helped me.

Don't wipe your incision. Just let the water flow down you. You can face the shower head, but it can be kind of scary to do so. Lol. But, yeah. Don't mess with it. Pat to dry.

Oh and you can take a damn cloth and wipe it gently. If you just want to clean it. Mine healed pretty fast.

You don't touch it the first few days. And you shower with the water behind you.
