@capri83, I was at the doctor's on Thursday and told her that sometimes at night my hand or arm will call asleep.. she didn't seem concerned at all and told me that at this point (I'm 17 weeks) a pregnant woman has 40% more blood in her body so I guess we just keep turning! My boyfriend brought home a memory foam mattress topper and that's really helping..

mine is randomly throughout the day too! I drop so many things at work it's crazy!!! it's the extra blood is what my doc said!!! you can wear braces or wrap them at night to help!
