I'm one exhausted mamma today. Little peanut would not let me fall asleep until about 4am. Once I finally fell asleep I was up every hour to go to the bathroom, guessing my little one enjoys being on mommy's bladder!!!!
Science! My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Any mommas having trouble with their little ones not sleeping or staying asleep throughout the night ? I was having that issue with my kids Specially my 3yr old not wanting to sleep at all Doctor recommended I give them one of these gummy’s 15-20 minutes before bed So far they have been a blessing They have 1mg 5mg 10mg and I believe 20mg I’ve tried 1mg and 5mg and they did nothing till I tried 10mg All little ones are different It’s only $10 for 100 gummy’s at Walmart Hopefully this helps some mommy’s out there
