Awe, well first congrats!!!!! I started planning as soon as I found out. I was super sick til about 20 weeks so it kept me busy. I started with looking at a venue since having it at my place was never an option. Think about where you'd have it first. Then work your way to the guest list. I did an all women's shower, just 30 of my closest friends and family. My husband and other guys had a few drinks and played pool at a different location. Next thing I secured was baby invites, which I easily made from Zazzle.com you can make your own but I really didn't care for it. I had two versions, one for a girl and one for boy. As soon as I found at the gender, I returned the one I didn't need. I had my cake order made two months before. Don't drive yourself too crazy. please give me tips on planning a babyshower! I've been so bleh about it. I haven't even started the invite list. I'm having a girl due this summer.
