Don't judge me please ladies i know you all wont but I'm all if a sudden really struggling with not…

Of course we won't judge you. You are trying your best and it sounds like you are doing a really good job. We all have cravings when we are pregnant and if you have smoked so much before pregnancy then of course you will still crave and it will be difficult but I am sure you can do it. I am not a smoker and never have been so cannot advise anything that helps but wanted to offer you my support x

no judging hun it's hard I do smoke and I'm 4 months preg but I've tried my best by stressing my midwife n dr said just cut down

Thank you hunny @baby316 , i was doing so well not even bothered by people smoking and now its all amplified to me! I havent had any other cravings so i guess it makes sence xx

@sammy96, I was a 20 a day smoker also! I've managed to get it down between 10-15 depending on the day I'm having, it is not easy!!!! My midwife keeps trying to scare me as well which adds more stress. I have help from a woman that does stop smoking and she prescribes me things to help, so far, nothing has worked because it makes me sick!! Each puff and each time I light up the guilt eats away at me, but I can't help it.. So well done you! Your so strong for getting this far! Xx

I wouldn't tell u to go back and do it no coz you've done so well but if it'd gonna stress u and make u feel down than its best to maybe go for it they do say you have to have what u crave and your stress levels will effect the baby but I don't want to give u bad advice

@beccastirlingx, it is so hard and people are so quick to judge and scare you! Thats gonna stress you out obviously ive thought about it i find myself waying up the risks like if i do start if i dont kinda thing!xx

Everyone's so quick to judge! If you've gone almost 20 weeks without one id really stay clear of them and try something like gum or eating instead, not the best advice but you've done so well! I wish I could have done what you've done! So well done you! Xx

I was a heavy smoker to hun and still really crave them now.. be strong you can do it xx

I've quit smoking and everyday I think about a fag for a split second and then it goes away ...... stay strong but it's ur body and you make the choices hun xx

I quit as soon as I found out... and had a extremely stressful day and craved a fag so bad I actually rolled and tried it... and it was horrid so you never know you might crave so much but the taste is nasty because your body might reject it lol.. I still to this day, 23 weeks without one, I'd love to have one lol... but haven't. My OH is a big smoker doesn't smoke around me but the smell when he first lights it up is lovely then after its again horrid. Funny what you body does in pregnancy. Don't worry babe's. And let the haters hate.. there always going to be someone that judges xx
