i had a bad episode like that recently, but my throat was burning. I found that having something to snack on for the ENTIRE day kept me from throwing up or even gagging. For me it was like if i waited to long between meals to eat id get sick.... smh @bdaytwinnin9116

that's exactly my problem @newmommy62016 but I usually just gag... guess baby wasn't too happy with me this a.m.
