not really only if there's bleeding allot times it's your organs and stuff shifting, in 10 MO they all get pushed up to make room for baby..I'd be concerned if there's dark red blood

that's good think of it this way took how many years to grow your body where it is now and in just 40wks you grow a human in you belly
