Hey Hope everyone is doing well...I have a question for you mommy's out there that tore while giving birth I got a 4 degree tear and I can not figure out a good way to keep ice on it and be comfortable...also I have tried frozen sponges it just doesn't work please anyone been through this and figured it out I am so swollen and can't keep ice on it. thanks so much in advance!!

I just went to the OB/GYN floor of the hospital and asked for the vaginal ice packs that they gave me after I gave birth

They showed me to open up a newborn diaper from the inside put ice and put it on my undies after I cleaned it and lay down omg it was such a relief I can't explain lol and at helped keep swelling and pain down healed quick

I put some ice in a washcloth and dampened the rag a bit crush the ice if u can

I didn't even think of doing a pad awesome thank you will try that and see how that works. Thank you!!! yes very awful and painful..

I would dampen pads and freeze them. Or you can fill a glove with ice and sit on it. 4th degree tears are awful, I hope you get healed quickly.
