@pikapal, I know that's what I meant unpasteurized when I said soft cheeses, I wanted some queso the other day but then got discouraged because it has artificial colors in it with are also bad :/ I guess that's why they say Stay away from junk
You're just supposed to stay away from cheeses that are unpasteurized. But any cheese sold in a store in the states need to, by law, be pasteurized. I stayed away from them my whole first tri, until I found this out and I was so happy because I was able to eat queso fresco again 😋 when in doubt, you can always read the labels too. They should say 'pasteurized' then have the kind of cheese or the factory/state.
