@tattoookimama, I thought you're supposed to stay away from soft cheeses while pregnant because of listeria

@javiersmom, they had a sale at stater brothers 2 bags of salad or spinach for 4$ and you get a free salad dressing which is normally 3.99

I use a little bit, but there's been outbreaks of listeria in allot of stuff

You're just supposed to stay away from cheeses that are unpasteurized. But any cheese sold in a store in the states need to, by law, be pasteurized. I stayed away from them my whole first tri, until I found this out and I was so happy because I was able to eat queso fresco again 😋 when in doubt, you can always read the labels too. They should say 'pasteurized' then have the kind of cheese or the factory/state.

I also eat sushi in moderation, my steak unfortunately I have my husband ruin it :( , but I just limit eat small amounts non was consumed till 2nd tri

@pikapal, I know that's what I meant unpasteurized when I said soft cheeses, I wanted some queso the other day but then got discouraged because it has artificial colors in it with are also bad :/ I guess that's why they say Stay away from junk

@tattoookimama, sushi ! I wish I was brave enough to eat it, I dnt eat the raw but they have some with rice, cream cheese and avacado. it's good
