going to L&D been leaking fluids all day and im not sure if im repeatedly peeing myself or if my water is slowly leaking, still no contractions though sooo its really hard to tell if im in labor or not

I swear im leaking fluid... But the test says Im not:/ My bladder must be broken or something lol. I just feel little gushes coming out randomly and I can't control it. ugh.
Tons of pressure below belly and back lower back pain, not sure if im leaking fluid or if baby is causing urine to leak... should i go to labor and delivery? Or wait it out?? Im 30/45mins away from hospital....
