I read it was better to get a dog when the baby was under a year old so it could be less chances of allergies

I know puppies arent babies but really it's like having 2 babies at the same time, all the time with the little one plus now add potty training and sit, stay, lay down. Plus teaching pup to be gentle during play with baby, teaching baby to be gentle during play with pup. Letting pup out at night since they can't hold it. All things baby and puppy. (My friends going through it right now) @cynthiasmommy_96 but if you're up for it then woo puppy. That's just the experience she's having.

I have a putbull and my mom has one on her house but we don't let my baby get near them because she's only 5 months and they're super big. I wanted to get her a pup because it would be smaller than her and would be raised with my daughter @family_first01

@kreeblim, I had a baby pit bull when I was pregnant and I slept with her a few times, fed her and even woke up at night to take her to potty.

my hubby wants to do the same thing also with a baby pit bull I wouldn't mind but we live in a studio and it would be to crowded cause we wouldn't be able to put him in the yard
