need some advice...
I was working for 8.5 hours on my feet for the full shift, had a nice bath and just tried getting out of bed to go for a wee, and I couldn't put pressure on my right foot, bottom of my back and all the way down my leg is killing, I can't sit down and if i do then I got to only sit on my left bum cheek, anyone.know what this could be? had it few weeks back but not as bad as this, can't even walk on my tiptoes, it hurts too much x

I had this for a short while. Midwife said bump is most likely putting pressure on the sciatic nerve. Although where do you work? If you don't mind me asking is just by law they have to provide somewhere for you to sit and even lay down if you need too xx

I work in a fish shop and I sit down when I need too but we were so busy I didn't have time, and thankyou, if still the same tomorrow I'll ring midwife x
