@sydandchuck, thank you that's what I thought as well but man those vegan groups on facebook will chew someone out about using honey so the strict rules push me away from crossing over
Honey is perfectly Vegan. I haven't heard other wise. I guess I need to do some research. I'm still struggling with cheese. Sometimes I can eat it other times Can't Stand It @mommyagain
Get the pregnancy nutrition kit from dhealthstore.com. It's expensive but he always has really good sales. Every time I got a 30 day supply for about $30 bucks. Kit covers all nutritional needs for a healthy veg baby
Trying so hard to cross over to vegan but I'm having a tough time with things like honey and what not I don't feel they really harm bees for their honey nor are we actually eating them so I'm on the vegetarian side still
Not at all like rainbow light (that's what I used before I got the kit). It is 8 different supplements. It seems like a lot but I felt so much better the second I started taking it. I eat meat (especially now😜) but you might call me a sometime-a-tarian
