When does the baby bump usually start appearing? in 11 weeks but I just feel like I'm gaining weight without anything to visible.

It depends on your body. I've known women who were almost 7-8 months and just barely showing and others who show pretty quickly. My cousin was 3 1/2 months when she started, but she is also 4'11" and has no torso. I'm carrying twins and started at about 14 weeks really showing, I also have a longer torso.
