prenatal vitamins can discolor your urine once they pass through your system but shouldn't be each time you pee. you could be dehydrated and/or getting too much of one nutrient, such as protein, and not enough water to flush out. up your water intake and see if it helps!
I've been drinking water like crazy that's not a problem I honestly believe its my prenatals cause sometimes they make me feel nauseous . but this was the first and only time it looked orangish

drink more water, dark urine is the first sign of dehydration.
