So my L.O goes to the daycare I work in and we just finished our second week of me going back to work and her starting daycare and I must say it's depressing people say your one of the lucky ones your baby is still with you but they don't understand that I'm so use to running to her when ever she cries or needs me And now I can't. I hear her cry sometimes frantically and I can't go to her because at the end of the day I'm still at work I get so sad and feel so guilty. I hope it gets better

It's so depressing I just want to leave the classroom I'm in grab my baby and go I'm happy I know she's safe because I get peek over and make sure but it's still hard not running to her and tending to her needs

I know the feeling. I work in a preschool, too. She went with me for a couple weeks and I'm planning on getting her to come back in the next few weeks. I adjusted OK after a couple days but it might have been because I work in the infant room in the afternoon and will soon be in there all day

She's right next door I'm in the infant toddler rm so I can hear her loud and clear it's good to have her there but it's still bitter sweet
