Mine does if I go to sleep too soon after eating something... Only hurts once I been laying down for a couple hours and then get up. Supposed to not go to sleep after eating unless it's been 3hrs. Don't know if this is the type of cramp you're talking about..

Oh yeah it freaked me out too but this happens to me all the time now. LOL I get sleepy after eat and I just can't help it. Totally normal though.
