@momma_2_batbaby, Sweetheart.. your Dr is a nutcase of they told you it is ATTACHED to your belly button. there is a fat layer, uterus, water sac and placenta in-between... there is no way. Look up anatomy.

but then again everyone's placenta attaches differently😂

@momma_2_batbaby, No... umbilical cord is attached to the placenta in the uterus for nourishment to the baby... it's not how mom and baby are connected. @roxy1507 Since your belly is still growing, it's pulling the excess skin tight around the belly button. I promise it won't tear open!
