On Tuesday we hopefully find out the sex of our baby and I'm actually incredibly nervous! Ever since we found out I was pregnant I have been absolutely convinced we're having a girl and all my family and friends say girl ect so when I think of our baby I just see a little girl... I'm so scared that if its a boy I'll feel disappointed :( obviously I'll love the baby no matter what and I keep saying it doesn't matter if its a boy or girl as long as its healthy... but I so badly want a little girl and its in my head we're having one! I don't wanna be laying there and my face drop if she says it's a boy... I'm just really worried :( is this normal?

this was similar to me xx my husband has 3 boys with his ex and my parents wanted a girl very badly. I had a gut feeling I was carrying a boy: I was right I was lol and everyone is still so excited and he is already spoilt rotten xx the disappointment only lasted seconds lol so dont worry xx

I've thought from the moment I found out I was pregnant that it is a girl! We haven't found out but in the last month I've been thinking about boys to prepare for it being either! You're half way through so if it is a boy you have the other half to get used to the idea if it is a shock to you!!! Just remember what ever the outcome it is still just a little baby no matter what! @firsttimemummy21

I would say its normal..coz of ur harmones u r thinking u gonna b dissappointed but trust me when u see lil buba in scan u will love him/her even more be it boy or girl ... when i found out I was pregnant I thought I m having a girl and hub was convinced already that its a girl and start seeing our baby as girl but I'd slight feeling of boy. near to my scan I started telling my hub its a boy he wasn't considering it though n put bet on girl 😊 Guess what I won!! 💙

@firsttimemummy21, I was determined I was carrying a little boy. I just knew! Everyone said girl from the way I was carrying, symptoms etc. And as soon as the woman told me it was a boy I was ecstatic! I burst out in tears and everyone was overjoyed because it's the first boy to be born in my family in generations! I was worried I was carrying a girl, I would have been happy but because my heart was set on a boy. But believe me, the disappointment won't last. By the end of it, either way, your going to have a beautiful little baby in your arms that needs and wants you to protect them! X

in my first pregnancy I was 100000% convinced I was having a girl. i didnt want a boy because i HATE all boys names. I was actually having a boy, I wasn't even remotely disappointed. more shocked. and after a day or something I couldn't eveb imagine having a girl. This time my pregnancy was so different from the first that I knew it was a girl and i was right. But wouldn't have been disappointed if it was a boy. don't worry. It's normal x
