@djsmommy0516, I'm trying to just convince myself that I'm being overly paranoid and that it's the mouse. but I heard a rustle in two different areas of the kitchen (the trash then the crockpot on the counter) and there's no way a mouse could get from one corner on the floor to the counter that fast
