really worried having a small sharp pinching pain in my lower area it comes and goes

it's probably just growing pains...if you're not bleeding, I wouldn't be worried, but if you're scared, call your ob to ease your mind

Okay I'm not bleeding what's growing and I just moved so I have to wait two weeks to get insurance

your uterus is growing, I'd get the same pains in my first trimester & my ob always told me it's my uterus stretching. that unless I'm bleeding not to worry

Yeah that sounds like round ligament pain/growing pain. Im 19 weeks and I still have that 😩
