@lovelymommylumps, get some card board I just used an old moving box we had in the garage trace your letter to cut out I had to do a practice one before just to kind of see how big I really wanted it but it doesn't have to be perfect because its just a base for where to put the flowers. I picked flowers that I liked at a craft store and whatever else you want to add like I added the small butterflies. arrange the flowers basically how you want them then use a hot glue gun to stick them on and you're done! :)
