I love gatorade but ever since i got farther along its been upsetting my tummy 🙁🙁 I usually drink it…

I use to like it too - gives me heartburn now 😥

Omg me too! when I drink it, it makes me feel dehydrated & it gives me a headache!

Make sure to get the G2 Gatorade. That's the one for rehydrating. The other one has a lot of sodium so help your body absorb water and keep hydrated.

The G2 will have the big G and then a 2 next to it. So if it's making you sick maybe try the other one. The G2 usually is more clear then then the regular Gatorade.
