His head is probably low but you'll still be able to feel him move around in your rib area because they have no where else to go! Lol. Especially when you have a small frame (: my doctor is able to feel my daughter head when we check me and I still feel her kickin my ribs.

@kparis, in the ultrasound his head was so low that they couldn't even get a good picture.. But I just still feel like his at the top

If your doctor tells you you have, chances are you have. You can't always tell by looking.
