Found the little tube on the left inside of the bottle... Not sure what it is or if it should have been in there? I'm trying to find something on the bottle that further explains it but I can't.. Anyone else see this? Should I keep it in?

It's to keep moisture out of the bottle, it essentially absorbs it, keep it in. @jesjeslovesyou

They usually have those inside that keep the pills "fresh" or whatever.

It's to keep the vitamins fresh. it's in every vitamin bottle I've gotten. I usually keep it in.

it's in every bottle of medicine, it just helps keep the moisture out if the bottle. you can keep it or toss it.

I think it's similar to those packets you find in new things to keep moisture out. My bottle has a packet.

How big are those vitamins btw? I'm taking chewables bc it's hard for me to take big pills, but those say soft gel which are usually easier to take.
