I started mine & my husband's at about 30ish...then my little girls at 34.

my mom always told me to at 20 weeks. I thought that was a bit early though. lol

I would say to start doing it now. I'm a major procrastinator and I'll be 36 weeks tomorrow, still have not packed our bags
