My advice would be to research everything. Don't just take your family, friends, or even doctors word for it. They are all only human and can make mistakes and be wrong. Also trust your gut. If something feels wrong then it probably is.

everything will be OK. doesn't seem like it right now but everything will fall together if you, yourself make it happen.
