Any recommendations to get over the flu while pregnant? I don't know if it's "officially" the flu, but I have a lot of the symptoms. Fevers, chills, sweating, cough... I called my doctor and she more so just gave me a lecture and demanded I get a flu shot... I've been drinking all the fluids I can (pedialyte, chicken broth, jello, hot tea) and thought it was just a quick whim, but my fevers back and so is everything else. and I really don't want to go to the hospital and get stuck there because of the snow. Any other suggestions? I've been taking mucinex and Tylenol.

My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.

So I scheduled my appointment for Thursday when my insurance is active! I'm just wondering if I should pay out of pocket to get a blood test done at this point 😩. I hadn't been testing with fmu, so I just thought.. Let me test with my $1 test with fmu and see what happens (I've been testing with frer only - 1st Pic is the last one I took on Sat) and I got a faint line I think.. I've been getting negative with frer. 🤔 I feel like I'm going to drive myself crazy testing because I have to wait for my appointment or to bleed and I just don't know what's going on 😂😂😪
