a big high five and thank you to Greenvale Pediatrics of Alabaster Alabama for making me cry until I contracted so hard I couldn't stand up straight and had to be given a pain killer through an IV.
apparently this awesome place only accepts NEW moms on medicaid so my 2 day old can't have an appointment with them since I have an existing kid who doesn't go to their office at all. y'all are freaking awesome!

sorry to hear that my son goes there I guess they changed it because they used to take all insurance types he has Blue cross aanf we never had any issues...did you have her at Shelby?... if so they should see you because whoever he seen at the time you were in hospital....but I did have my son 6 years ago so things might have changed since then if you don't mind the drive I know for sure Greenvale in hoover will take all insurance types both of my friends use that one plus they are much nicer than alabaster location

@cnewell23, I had her at st. Vincents birmingham. but they take medicaid, they're just only accepting newborns from new mom's. apparently my newborn doesn't qualify because she's my 2nd kid even though my 1st doesn't even go to Greenvale. it's rediculous.
my boyfriend called and got her put on blue cross blue shield and got us an appointment at alabaster pediatrics
