normally at 35 weeks. and it's best to call up there or go in person to the registration area!!

i think i was at my 30week check up and my nurse gave me some papers to start, she finished the rest for me bcus i didnt knw anything myself.. ask your OB at your next appt, maybe they will help you like mines did @djsmommy0516 @amazing2014

my doctor gave me papers last time around when I was like 30+ weeks. .My OB works at a hospital so she registered me to hers
