has anyone lost any of their mucous plug at around 32 weeks? or should I be concerned?

I have heard it regenerates itself so its fine as long as there's no blood in it. Not for sure though

You can lose it this early. It can also grow back

ok I hav never even seen what a mucous plug looked like until this pregnancy. and it's my 4th with twins. I was just hoping it was nothing. thx!

Yep I lost mine at 32 weeks, even had contractions and ended up in the hospital. But no dilation. Ive been losing it ever since and I'm 38 weeks.

I hav been cramping real bad in my back thru lower stomach and it's moved to my legs

I took a warm bath and trying to lay down now

the only thing that is throwing me off is that my belly isn't hard. it tightens here and there but not when my cramping is strong enough to where I hav to breathe thru it

I wouldn't freak out too much unless you have preterm labor signs. Your mucus plug can regenerate.

@foleytwins, i lost alot of mine nd had pink blood in it my doctor said I lost half of it nd have half left to get rid of
